This month, we launched the first release of the new Propstreet for brokers—something we’ve been teasing throughout the spring and early summer. While a few refinements are still underway, the results so far look very promising. Alongside this release, more than 30 new brokerage firms across the Nordics have joined Propstreet. Which will lead to even higher dealflow on Propstreet.
August 2025 also marked our strongest August to date, with nearly SEK 3 billion in total deal volume. Year to date, we have already surpassed SEK 18 billion.
As we head into the second half of the year, one thing is clear: Propstreet is accelerating at full speed.
A look at August
August 2025 has been the strongest August in Propstreet’s history, with deal volume reaching nearly SEK 3 billion. This represents a 100% year-on-year increase compared to both 2023 and 2024, continuing a remarkable growth trajectory.
The month’s transactions were spread across 20+ deals, with an average case volume exceeding SEK 140 million. This not only highlights increased activity but also underlines a clear trend toward larger, high-value transactions on the platform.
Looking at the three-year trend, Propstreet has more than tripled deal volume in August alone since 2023.
First Glimpse of New Broker Features
This month we took the first step toward a brand new version of Propstreet for brokers — our biggest release to date. The new version introduces a new way of creating and managing deals for brokers, with additional tools being rolled out gradually over the coming months.
The upgrade is designed to make Propstreet the single platform brokers can rely on for the entire transaction process — an integrated ecosystem where every step connects seamlessly. The first features are already live, and more will follow this fall.
Even though the updates are primarily built for brokers, investors will also see clear benefits. Stronger functionality for brokers will lead to a larger flow of deals on Propstreet, coming from an even broader network across the Nordics.
